The place is always spotless and beautifully maintained, which makes every visit really enjoyable. All of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, so booking appointments and receiving treatments always feels comfortable and easy.

Their promotions are quite good as well — purchasing a package makes it very convenient to stay consistent with treatments. Whenever I have questions, they provide thorough consultations, and they always explain new therapies or laser treatments clearly, which I really appreciate.

They’re also very considerate during treatments — even small details like providing masks show how much they care about clients’ comfort. Overall, I always feel well taken care of here and will definitely continue coming back regularly.❤️

Appointments are very punctual — I usually get my treatment right at my scheduled time. During each visit, they carefully check my skin condition and explain how I should manage and care for my skin moving forward. From the start, the experience was wonderful. Helen was super helpful and sweet—she took the time to consult with me patiently, really listened to my skin concerns, and helped me understand what I wanted to improve. I ended up booking 4 Sylfirm X sessions along with a few other treatments, and I was able to do my first Sylfirm session right after the consultation.

The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. They use the numbing cream from Korea, and I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all. Sorry, I didn’t catch the name of the practitioner who gave me the the treatment (she’s a cute Korean girl, and I’ve already booked my remaining sessions with her), but she was so gentle and caring. Throughout the treatment, she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfy and relaxed. They also explained the aftercare and gave me a recovery cream.

The results were immediate and impressive. I didn't wear makeup for a week, people kept commenting on how glowing and smooth my skin looked. The redness disappeared quickly, and my old acne scars and fine lines became noticeably less visible. I was honestly shocked by the results after just one session.
