I went for my first facial here and had such an incredible experience. The clinic is so nice and clean. I had a consultation and decided to go for the LHALA facial and the laser toning and brightening packages! Michelle did my LHALA facial and she was great!

I recently came in for a consultation and decided to go ahead with the Sylfirm X and laser toning package. I never tried microneedling before, so I was a bit nervous since I heard it can be painful and leave your skin red with little scabs but the process was surprisingly gentle and very manageable! I did have some redness afterward, but it went away in a few hours. They weren't lying about no downtime! After just one session, I already notice an improvement in my skin tone, hyperpigmentation and acne scars!
Every staff member was welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. They really focused on my specific skin concerns. The clinic is very clean and organized, and there’s free underground parking. Excited for my next sessions!

Good experience. The clinic is in a separate, independent space, not crowded with other clinics, so I didn't feel out of place or awkward. That made a big difference since visiting a skin clinic as a guy can be daunting.

The consultation was easy. They explained everything clearly to a beginner like me and didn't push for expensive options. Just honest advice within my budget. The treatment was solid. The practitioner really took their time and didn't rush it. If you're a guy looking to improve your skin but don't know where to start, this is a solid place to go.

Did my skin boosters and Sylfirm treatments at Derma 9. The clinic is clean and the staff are really gentle and friendly, which made the whole experience comfortable. I haven’t seen very obvious results yet, but I know these treatments can take a bit of time to show. Overall the service has been great, so I’m hoping to see more improvement as everything settles.

I love this place, it is so clean and nice and everyone is just so nice. Jacky she is amazing, I love the results I am getting. Stacey is really great too! Finally got to try this place and I’ve got to say from the front desk service to the treatment, it’s top notch. All staff are very professional and attentive, making sure you are comfortable during the entire process. I tried the lalapeel, skin booster, ultherapy & thermage. Their numbing cream is the most effective numbing cream I’ve ever experienced and none of the treatments hurt.

Derma 9 is one of my favourite skin clinics. I’ve been receiving laser toning treatments here for the past year and recently started my skin booster treatment. My experience has been fantastic and I’m happy with the results.
